1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Body Brain Coffee LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years or older as of July 1, 2025. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and Skankfest, as well as immediate family members and household members of such persons, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on June 16, 2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:

(a) Purchase Entry:
Each purchase of any BodyBrain Coffee product during the Entry Period will automatically count as one (1) entry.

(b) Free Entry:
To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3”x5” postcard and mail it to:

Postcards must be postmarked by July 31, 2025 and received by August 5, 2025.

Limit one (1) free entry per person.

5. Prize

• One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

• Two (2) VIP All-Access Golden tickets (approximate value $1,100)

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 6, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prize.

8. Publicity Release
By entering, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failed entries.

10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Skankfest, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.

11. Privacy
Any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law.
