I want to give them a higher score. But. Used a code that gave me a frother and the mug and they only sent the mug. I emailed them and they told me my code only gave me one OR the other. I went back and listened to the ad again and it did say both. I emailed them back and they never responded. Iโd love to do business with them again as I like the product and Luis J. Gomez. But they donโt seem to honor their commitments
Hey Mike! Sorry for the hassle. The offer was intended to include one gift, so weโll have to give Luis a hard time about promising both! Weโve gone ahead and sent you the frother.
We didnโt see a follow-up email after our reply, so we thought things were settled. Weโre sorry you were left feeling ignored. We appreciate your support and hope youโll consider updating your review once the frother arrives and youโre happy with how weโve resolved this!
Thanks,
The Bodybrain Coffee Team
